WWI RESULT: FRANCE LOSES

War brought France more pain than glory. As you will see next, the only thing that France got from this terrible conflict is less money, less people, and more pain and suffering than ever.
MONEY
France was the third most economically affected country of the Great War with the amazing loss of $24,265,583,000. This, of course, represents a very stupid way of wasting money because this means that. all the investments in new machine guns, flamethrowers, planes, mines, etc. were only useful for killing more people that maybe wouldn't have been even injured if these weapons weren't used.
CASUALTIES
But more important than the economic loses were the human lives that were taken, because money will come back later, but the people we lost in the battle and especially the civilians who died not being even involved in the conflict, are never coming back.
Their families are suffering those loses right now, as we all are doing. So you can have an idea of the amount of people affected, here's the amount of casualties The Great War brought to our country:
.4.29% of the French population died. There were 1,397,800 military deaths and 300,000 civilian deaths for a total amount 1,697,800 killed people. Besides, there were 4,266,000 wounded people.
WHAT WE GOT TO DO
This is time of reflection, of being together as the beautiful nation we are. Let’s pray for the souls of our lost people and let’s pray for the future, so that we don't have any more conflicts like this one. We have to understand that war leads to suffering, destruction, and sadness, so let’s stop being violent and let’s start building a more peaceful France for our new
generations.

France, Great Britain, and Russia ' the Allies'

Article 1: main social, political and economic structures in the country

After World War 1, the French Economy was bankrupt, the immense cost of the war left France without money and many of it was required for its reconstruction.  France faced 3 major problems, the interest on the debt is huge, they still need money for repairing the damage, and taxes were still too low to balance the stock market. The government, to save money, they lowered the interest to pay on new commerce, so it means that lower goods were produce, so it lower the profit in trading. A financial crisis was developed. After trying a lot of different things to restore the financial crisis in France, it wasn’t until 1926 when Poincare leveled new taxes on sales, so it was not only restored; it was 30% up than it was before the crisis.

In the social part,
1.4 million French men were killed during the World War 1, so by decreasing the loss of young men the population in France decreased drastically. The workers were starting to unite to the C.G.T. and increased the demanding, this caused a lot of strikes.
The politic structure of France passed by very difficult situations, they needed to make deals with other countries so it could pay the damage loss. In 1919, the Prime Minister’s aim was to be sure that Germany didn’t seek revenge in the next years. Later, It was demanded that for future protection of France the Rhine River should be the border between Germany and France, The Minister thought that Germany would make a threat, but after hearing the terms of the Treaty of Versailles that left Germany substantially intact, he notice that “This is not Peace. It is an Armistice for twenty years."
